1 tsp of Bicarb of soda
175g/6¼oz light brown sugar
2 medium eggs
350g/12¼oz chopped dark chocolate or chips
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda
- In another bowl, mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in the eggs. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate.
- shape small pieces of the dough into flat circles of about 2in in width.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes
Then eat with delight but remember to share with others
